Whoa! Waaaay long & overdue. I apologize, will really start updating my website way more often once I get a new layout goin... (that's in the works as we speak). I've been quite busy with new things. Ready? Let's goooo!
1. PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS - SKATE DECK
I came up on a design competition that hip hop group People Under the Stairs had going on. Decided to go ahead and take a shot at it...some hours and nights later....I got an awesome phone call that I had won their competition! I was and (still am!) super excited & happy about it! 2. BINGO PLAYERS - T SHIRT DESIGN
Ya dig? If you don't, shame on you. Been a fan of this DJ duo for a while now....and honestly...what more could I ask for? I AGAIN, had the amazing opportunity to design a t-shirt for these guys. ♥ They had a competition going on, and I won by voter's choice. =) Thanks to all who voted, liked my design, and/or supported me in any way!

3. FOSTER THE PEOPLE - PUMPED UP KICKS (THE KNOCKS REMIX)
DJ duo The Knocks offered fans to create their remix cover art for the song "Pumped Up Kicks" by Foster the People.
My entry:
They loved, but ultimately, the chose someone else's design. Hey...you win some, you lose some.

SEPTEMBER 09
I've been working literally non-stop for a while now...and it's all boiled down
to
graduation,
which is just around the corner!
I'm pretty excited to have all
my
projects
come
together, and have them on display.
My graduation is on the 24th of this month! For all who are interested and
able,
you are welcome
to stop by at the Phoenix Art Museum on Thursday September 24.
Times are as follows:
Employer Viewing- 10 to 11AM
Family & Friends- 11AM to 1PM

As far as work updates go, I've pretty much updated my whole website (projects and all), so I can
finally not be hesitant in letting people see my website. Take a look around! =] Feedback is welcome.
About 4 months ago, I was given the opportunity (along with other students) in a class to come up with
a logo design for a non profit organization called Dream Roads Foundation. This was a class assignment,
where all students in the class were given the same assignment. At the end of the quarter, the founder of
Dream Roads, Andrea Keck, was left with the decision of choosing the logo she liked best. She chose mine!
I was pretty excited about this...so take a look at the logo below:
Dream Roads Foundation is a non-profit organization geared toward motivating at-risk students to help
them follow their dreams through positive encouragement and education.

So, that's pretty much my update for now...check back soon for more updates. =]
